Ajith Kumar N.S., a dedicated officer with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and a native of Karuvatta in Haripad, Alappuzha, has been honored with the prestigious President’s Police Medal. Officer Kumar is currently serving with the NIA unit in Kochi.
Ajith Kumar joined the National Investigation Agency in 2010 and has since served in various units across the country, including Chennai and Hyderabad. His exceptional investigative skills have been instrumental in solving numerous critical cases throughout his tenure.
Notably, Ajith Kumar served as an Assistant Investigating Officer in several significant investigations, including the high-profile Edakkad terrorism case, where his expertise played a crucial role in bringing it to a resolution.
Ajith Kumar N.S. is the son of the late Sivarama Panicker and Ponnamma. He is married to Suja, and the couple has two children, Abhijith Kumar and Ananthu.
