Thiruvananthapuram: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has announced a significant reduction in rainfall across Kerala. As of today, November 2, 2025, no special rain alert has been declared for any district in the state, with clear skies expected and no possibility of even light rain. This brings relief after recent weather concerns.

However, a cautionary notice has been issued for fishermen venturing into certain sea areas.

**Fishermen Warning:**

**November 02, 2025:** Strong winds, with speeds ranging from 35 to 45 kilometers per hour and occasionally gusting up to 55 kmph, along with adverse weather conditions, are likely to prevail along the Gujarat coast, the Andaman Sea, and the eastern parts of the east-central Bay of Bengal.

**November 03, 2025:** Similar strong winds (35-45 kmph, gusting to 55 kmph) and adverse weather conditions are anticipated over the Andaman Sea, the east-central Bay of Bengal, and the adjoining northeast Bay of Bengal.

**November 04 & 05, 2025:** The Andaman Sea and the east-central Bay of Bengal are expected to experience continued strong winds (35-45 kmph, gusting to 55 kmph) and rough weather.

Fishermen are strongly advised not to venture into these specified sea areas on the dates mentioned. For a clearer understanding of the warned maritime zones, individuals are encouraged to consult the accompanying map provided by the IMD.
