11-year-old Boy Dies After Being Struck by Train in Malappuram
Malappuram: An 11-year-old boy tragically died after being struck by a train while attempting to cross railway tracks in Parappanangadi. The deceased has been identified as Aminsha Hashim, son of Faisal of Puthiya Nalakath, who resided in Chettippadi Koyankulam.
The unfortunate incident took place on Saturday evening around 5 PM. Aminsha was crossing the railway line to reach a nearby relative’s house when he was hit by a speeding train.
Local residents and relatives swiftly transported the child to a hospital, but despite their efforts, his life could not be saved. The body is currently being held at the Tirurangadi Taluk Hospital mortuary. Following the completion of necessary legal procedures, the body will be released to his family. Aminsha was a Class 6 student.
