Muslim League Alleges Ladder Symbol Too Small on Voting Machines in Kozhikode

The Muslim League has lodged a formal complaint alleging that their election symbol, the “ladder,” appears significantly small on electronic voting machines. The issue was reportedly noticed at an inspection center located in Nadakkavu Girls Higher Secondary School in Kozhikode.

The party leadership highlighted that while the ladder symbol is displayed as the second option on the voting machines, its visual representation is diminished, appearing almost like a thin line. This reduction in size, according to League leaders, could pose a considerable challenge for visually impaired voters in accurately identifying their preferred candidate.

The Muslim League has indicated its intention to pursue further action regarding this matter. In response to the complaint, the District Collector clarified that if the League has grievances, they should formally approach the court for redressal.
