Two Killed in Two-Wheeler Collision in Thiruvananthapuram

Two individuals were killed in a tragic collision involving a bike and a scooter in Puthukurichi, Thiruvananthapuram. The deceased have been identified as Rahul (21) from Varkala and Nawaz (41) from Puthukurichi.

The accident occurred yesterday evening around 4 PM. Both vehicles were traveling in the same direction from Perumathura to Puthukurichi. According to reports, the scooter in front made a sudden turn, leading to a collision with the speeding bike that was following.

Seriously injured, both victims lay on the road for approximately half an hour before being transported to Medical College Hospital in a private ambulance. Sadly, they succumbed to their injuries before reaching the hospital.

Rahul, the only son of Laljeev (an RPF officer stationed in Thiruvananthapuram) and Rajitha, was a second-year student at Marian Engineering College. The family resides in Cherunniyoor Ambadi.
