TV Serial Actor Siddharth Prabhu in Custody After Hitting Pedestrian, Allegedly Attacking Locals and Police in Kottayam

Kottayam: TV serial actor Siddharth Prabhu was taken into custody after his car hit a pedestrian on MC Road on Wednesday night, leading to an alleged altercation with locals and police. The incident, which occurred around 8:30 PM, resulted in injuries to a lottery vendor.

According to reports, the car driven by Siddharth, coming from the Kottayam side, lost control and struck the pedestrian. When local residents rushed to provide assistance to the injured individual, Siddharth reportedly assaulted them. Police who arrived at the scene also faced an altercation with the actor.

Authorities had to use force to take Siddharth Prabhu into custody, after which he was subjected to a medical examination. The incident caused significant disruption to vehicular traffic on MC Road for an extended period. Viral video footage circulating on social media shows the actor verbally abusing individuals and lying on the road, arguing with locals.

Siddharth Prabhu, who began his career in the serial industry as a child artist, is widely recognized for his prominent role in the popular series ‘Uppum Mulakum’. The incident has garnered significant attention, with the video clips being widely shared across various social media platforms.
