Renowned Photographer Radhakrishnan Chakkyatt Passes Away at 60

Kochi: Renowned photographer Radhakrishnan Chakkyatt has passed away at the age of 60. He succumbed to a heart attack last night. Though a native of Kochi, he had been based in Mumbai for a significant period.

Chakkyatt was one of Kerala’s most celebrated photographers, boasting a career spanning over 40 years in the field. He gained considerable fame for his work in fashion photography and had also conducted numerous workshops related to the craft. Beyond his professional work, he managed Pixel Village, a popular YouTube channel and website dedicated to photography.

In a notable appearance outside his photography career, Chakkyatt also played a significant role in the Malayalam film “Charlie.”
