Kochi: Judge Honey M. Varghese issued a stern warning to media and lawyers before considering the verdict in the highly publicized actress assault case. The judge emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline within the court, stating that while they were free to investigate her past and future, decorum must be preserved during judicial proceedings.
Dramatic scenes unfolded at the Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court as the court began hearing arguments with an explicit statement that judicial proceedings should not be portrayed negatively.
