Inmate Escapes from Ernakulam Sub-Jail; Search Underway

An inmate has escaped from the Ernakulam Sub-Jail. The fugitive, identified as Mandi Biswas, a native of West Bengal, was imprisoned in connection with a drug case.

Police have launched a search operation, including in the Mangalavanam area, to locate the escaped inmate. Further investigations are ongoing.
