Fitness Trainer Found Dead in Bedroom in Thrissur; Heart Attack Suspected
Thrissur: A 28-year-old fitness trainer was found dead in his bedroom at his home in Onnamkallu, Thrissur. A heart attack is suspected to be the cause of death, though the exact reason will only be clear after the post-mortem report is received.
The deceased has been identified as Madhav, a native of Onnamkallu, Thrissur, and the son of Mani and Kumari. Madhav routinely left for the fitness center where he worked as a trainer at 4 AM every morning. However, when he did not wake up even after 4:30 AM today, his family, with the help of neighbors, forced open the bedroom door.
Madhav was found motionless on the bed in his bedroom. He was immediately rushed to the Medical College Hospital, but tragically, he had already passed away. At the time of his death, only Madhav and his mother were residing in the house.
Known for his dedication to health and fitness as a long-time trainer, Madhav’s sudden demise has come as a shock, especially as his marriage was reportedly set to be finalized next month.
