Altercation Erupts at Kochi Chicking Outlet Over Sandwich Chicken Quantity

KOCHI: A significant altercation broke out at a Chicking outlet in Kochi on Tuesday, stemming from a customer’s complaint about an insufficient amount of chicken in their sandwich. The incident escalated into a physical confrontation involving the siblings of the students who were dining at the establishment and the Chicking outlet’s manager.

According to the complaint lodged by the students and their siblings, the dispute began with a verbal argument. This argument reportedly intensified, leading to the manager allegedly threatening and assaulting them with a knife.

In response, the manager also filed a counter-complaint, asserting that he was attacked by the students’ siblings. Following the receipt of complaints from both parties involved, the Ernakulam Central Police have registered separate cases and initiated an investigation into the matter.
