These symptoms can be overwhelming and beyond one’s control. If panic attacks occur repeatedly, seeking medical help is crucial. Significant improvements can be achieved through relaxation training, therapy, and medication.

Managing and Preventing Panic Attacks:

Individuals with Panic Disorder can reduce the likelihood of attacks by limiting the consumption of caffeine, smoking, alcohol, and sugary beverages.
